890年，Aosta公爵經過了阿爾卑斯山，終於品嘗到這款在短短13年中就成名的佳釀，
Aosta公爵對於Ruffino非常衷愛，並指定它為貴族的供應酒莊，
由此發展了聞名世界的Riserva Ducale。酒標設計便呈現Ruffino成為貴族衷愛酒莊的歷史。
精選最優質的葡萄做壓榨，並在溫控不銹鋼槽中以攝氏28度進行8天的發酵與不間斷的淋皮。
帶皮發酵為期了8天左右，在不銹鋼槽中的乳酸發酵，賦予了他絲絨般的質地與結構。
